I am trying to set up a group of users that will dial out 9 but access thier own trunks, seperate from the main users in the office. I got it to do that but when trying to dial spn 611 and 411 it goes no where. I have established the RLI and trunk routes that correspond to that group but I am missing one more piece. Please help.

Can you provide some PRTs of you RLIs, SPNs? You may be blocking the call via the FRL. Provide the TNB of the phone you are testing too.

Thanks for the response Jamie2, I found the problem. It was an old route that the calls were defaulting to and the trunks were disconnected by telco last week. Once I removed these trunks from the RLB the call are now going thru.

next step would be to out the trunks and the rdb. makes future problems faster
