Narrowcast 8.1.1 sends email without PDF attachment

We migrated from 8.1.0 to 8.1.1, and after the migration, narrowcast doesn't attach PDF documents. Mail gets sent anyway. When reviewing the DE Log, I find the following:


[XXX]:4260:[THR:0x10C0][(DATE)][Level:Info (SE)][Code:0x00001223]Service ID [XXX] Execution ID [XXX] Segment ID [XXX] Document [DocName.pdf] will be removed because Document Element 1 returned partial results.
[XXX]:4260:[THR:0x10C0][(DATE)][Level:Minor Error][Code:0x0000131D]Service ID [XXX] Execution ID [XXX] Segment ID [XXX] Document [DocName.pdf] Element 1

Can someone please tell me what is causing this/how to solve it? Thank you
