NAMS,ACD&VM KEEP ACTING UP AND NEED RESETING

Equip.: 16 port Voicemail & ACD, both are standalone NAM's. MIC's 4.1 with 2 x DTI cards supporting two PRI's with a D channels. 2 x 0x16 station, 1 x 12x0 trunk, 1 x 8 port ASM. ACD is Ciphony 3.40.0008. Approx.60 sets including 6 x T7406's.

Note: System and programming have not changed for months and always worked fine.

Situation: These are all intermediate problems every so many days.

1-Voicemail will stop working and needs a reboot even if left alone for upto an hour. Tried changing circuit where it is plugged into, got it's own dedicated 110 circuit, only item on that circuit. (Once a week)

2-PRI pool gets No Free Lines when there is no callers calling in and only 4-5 people on the line, or the MICS will drop (disconnect)all circuit calls. PRI circuits are testing good from the Pair Gain Box and called the carrier, ok. (couple times a day every so many weeks)

3-Agents are logged in talking on the phone and then the call suddenly gets disconnected and the agent is logged out immediately. Record a call feature in the ACD is not active either. (Couple times a day every other day, random times)

ALARM on both the ACD and the voicemail have "ENOUGH DISK S9" and on the ACD alone it has "Spm Down" and "Languages S9" what do these codes mean and are they any help in troubleshooting this one.
