Does anyone know how to change the way InDesign autofills the name of the file to be exported as a PDF? The problem we're having is that InDesign autofills the WRONG name about 25% of the time wreaking havoc at our agency. When the wrong name is autofilled it's usually the name from the last file that was expoted as a PDF. But other times it's just be a random job number for an active job on our server. It causes incredible confusion. And it just doesn't make any sense how InDesign changes the name. Any tips woould be greatly appreciated.
