Naming Help

I have 3 Octel 250's and 3 Definity G3's and on one of them I'm able to send calls to Voicemail without adding a name , extension(joe,6325). I can add the whole name(joe,smith) and it sends it to voicemail. I am trying to find out how to do this on my other 2 switches. What will I need to have to make this work.....any suggestions? Thanks for your help.

The system that it works on is setup with 7405ND sets connected to the Octel. And the 2 that do not are 7405D sets in the PBX.

You must have the green feature enabled on the PBX and then change the set type to 7405ND. Then the call setup table must be modified in the Octel to look for the new screen type on the sets from the PBX.

This is assuming that you are using FLT-A cards in the Octel. If not then it can be done in different way
