After creating various groups in Excel, is there a way to name/label these groups?

Thanks!

Hi,

For what purpose?

Please post a descriptive example and explain how that data would be used with respect to the name/label.

In my data dictionary, Rows 1 through 120 have table data that can be grouped to Accounting, Rows 121 to 400 have table data that can be grouped to Property, and so on. After creating the group for Rows 1 through 120 I wanted to have a label next to the plus sign that read Accounting and the same for Property.

Hope that helps.

The typical way to accomplish this is to make a column for the group name. The group name is repeated on every row in the group.
