NameTag HuntGroup Usage 1

We have a 3300 MXe - MCD 4.0 SP1

Ive read FAQ for Nametag Hunt Groups and they list this example:

You dial a extension 1234, but on no answer goes to a NameTag Hunt Group 4321, which is the voicemail, this is then call fordwarded always to voicemail, the vociemail system will then put you into the vociemail box of 4321 and not 1234.

What i would like is for 1234 to ring the phone/directory number 4321 then if the phone isnt answered go to the 4321 voicemail box. I thought I could do this by creating a NameTag Hunt Group *4231 but all i can get going is someone dialing 1234 goes directly to 4321 voicemail or someone dialing 1234 makes 4321 directory number ring, but the voicemail for 4321 does not pickup ever.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I might have to edit that FAQ a bit for clarity it seems.

FAQ Example:
1234 = Ringing Phone (set to route to *4321 on Busy no answer)
4321 = Voicemail
*4321 = Nametag Hunt Group for routing. (Set to route immediately to VM)

If you call 1234, then DN 1234 rings, routes to *4321 then immediately to VM and answers with MB 4321.

For this task you do not need Nametag groups as the ringing phone and the voicemail match. For this task you would create a speedcall 1234 that dials actual number 4321 that then proceeds to VM 4321. 4321 being both the ringing phone and the VM.
