NameSpace problem

Hello Friends,
I am getting a little problem with upfront server confoguration.
I am trying to run Upfront Server Administration to connect to the server it is saying like
"You are trying to set a namespace which does not exist".
what error it could be pleaz help me.
I am in hard situation.
