names on kx-7030

I have a kx-7030 panasonic phone and all the set names are wrong. example kate's phone says wendy. I've got limited docs is can someone point me in the right direction?

it is the phone system that stores the extention names not the kxt-7030

heve a look at the door of the phonesystem and see if it has any info printed on it

ie kxtd 12-32 or kxta-306 or Easaphone 6-116 & post it back
