We have an existing option 81c with a newly installed Duvoice voicemail system. The Duvoice interfaces with the Opera PMS system via IP connection, and then the Duvoice is connected to the PBX via digital ports. Prior to the Duvoice we used HMS400 which had a serial connection to the PMS and we never had any issues with CPND data. There seems to be no pattern to this problem since some names that are shorter then 27 characters are having issues updating on the PBX.
We are getting a "NAME BIG" error on the pbx when this happens, any ideas?
