Names Menu in AUDIX

Anyone know how to play the system message with instructions on how to dial by last name when transferring within Intuity Audix? When in a mailbox you can press *A and hear a nice set of instructions, but I want to make it an option on my auto-attendant without recording my own voice.

It might can be done a lot simpler than this, bit you could put a 'audix-rec' button on your phone, listen to the message, pull it down to your pc then like play it back in Message Manager or something.

Just a thought.

You need to make a 2nd auto attendant and make it the addressing format name instead of extension addressing. Make a choice in the first attendant that routes the caller to this second one. The instructions will be there and you do not have to do any recording.
