Names instead Extension number

Hi folks,

I have site1 and site2 both have their on system, that is connected by PRI.

When I call to a extension number between site some extensions I see Names and others I see only the extension number.

How can I enable the name to show between sites?

There all the same.
only the target line is different. each fone has their own target line as PVT.

Have the extensions in question been programmed with a name instead of displaying their default DN?

I found the problem.

On of my sites is missing a CALLER ID ADAPTER. So because that a few calls show names and a few show numbers.

ps.: All my phones are set up with same settings
