Names Greeting

When MM transfers a call from the auto-attd or caller app. it says. Transfering to: <name greeting> then the call goes. I have a customer that wants the call transfered without the name greeting announcement. This is the first time I've had this request from a customer. The MM is 5.1 and the PBX is Nortel with digtal set integration.

Well you can't really do that unless the number does not have a mailbox.

Or you can tell the customer to record a blank name.
