Did the issue with names across a cluster ever get fixed? We have a Cluster on 7.2 SP1 PR1 and the End User wants the full name to show when calling across the Cluster but they are using dial by name as well so putting the full name in the last name box is not really an option.
Any ideas?

Also if a User is in DND and they ring across the Cluster they get invalid rather than forward to voicemail. Is this a feature or is there a way round this also?
Thanks

For the names it has been around since MiVB 7.1 I think.

Search for "Multilingual Name Display" in the help files it will explain it.

By enabling this feature you can now get First Name Last Name across the cluster instead of First Initial.Last Name
It is enabled in the System Options form.

Here is the response I got today from Mitel

This should be resolved, atleast for the most part, by the system option Multilingual Name Display introduced in MiVB 7.1.
Caveats around the feature should be read before enabling the feature.
