Does anyone know of any in-depth information about the NAMED DNS resolver. For example how to view its database of names vs IPs and how to get the best out of it. We are running it as a secondary resolver such that it sends its queries to our ISPs DNS. Are there more efficient ways, because it appears just to pass on the queries all of the time despite having queried the name already a few minutes before. A time much shorter than its refresh time.
