For some reason I am not able to refer to a field in another table. I'm attempting to modify the control source of a textbox and keep getting this error. Can someone give me a push in the right direction, I'm lost

You need to use a DLOOKUP to refer to a field in another table (and that DLooup must return only one value).

So, what is it that you are attempting to pull in to the form?
