Name Presentation from ACD

Hi guys,

We have several ACD-groups. All the members have D4 in ADC set to 1 (Number Presentation Restricted). We want to program a Name for them with NIINI but because of D4 in ADC they will not present their name when they make a call. Is there a way to make them present their name whitout presenting the number?

All ideas are welcome.

Hi, for outgoing call you can use the NUTRI CNVTYP 1, but for internal call you have to wait for SP 8 to BC 12, here it seems to be a new parameter pr. extension to show another A-nbr.
