#Name? on printouts...

Hi all.

I have a set of reports that are acting up a little. On each of the reports at least 2 fields show as #Name? on printouts, but are absolutely fine when previewed. I have tried printing using OpenReport "Name", acViewNormal and I have also printed out the preview using the Access print button, but nothing changes.

What could be causing this?

Regarding the 2 fields that are acting up...

1. Are they being drawn straight from the query or table?
2. Are they calculated fields?

It sounds to me as if something is happening when the report is formatted - something that gets in the way of these fields producing properly. A possibility is that the report source is being closed before the printing takes place. This would cause the report to display properly in Preview but not Print.

Without knowing exactly your setup, these are hunches.
