I have changed and switched certain extensions. I have changed the mailboxes,extensions, and display names. All of that I have done correctly. But for some reason when I transfer a call it still shows up as the old extension name. For example; Mike use to have extension 23 and Ed's was 22. Mike no longer works here and Ed took his office. I switched Ed's extension to Mikes. I changed display name, but when I transfer a call to Ed's office it still says "Transfering to Mike." Any suggestions?
