I have a set of pbx-s CCIS-d together as follows:
IPS2000---ICS2400---SV8500---IPS2000.
When I call over from the first IPS2000 to the last one, I do see the caller's extension and name. When I call from the first IPS2000 to the SV8500, it doesn't show the name/number.
When I call from the last IPS to the ICS2400 it doesn't show the name/number. When I call from the last IPS to the SV8500, it does show the name/number.

So, first to last IPS2000 DOES work, meaning the name/number information is there the whole route. Yet, under certain circumstances, it doesn't show on the called terminal's screen. Any idea what to look at?

Check the CCIS trunk route data.
CDN 43 = 1
50 = 1
112 = 1
A card reset may be necessary if you change anything.

I checked into the above suggestion, but all programming was already that way...

Check command A8 in the IPS systems. Make sure that all of the destination point codes are set to the CCIS channel number.
EX: A8>00001>0, 00012>0, etc.
You might also try to up the D channel process timer in CMD A10.

Thank you Belevedere.
I haven't tried you last suggestions yet, but you recommended checking the D channel process timer with command A10. I didn't find command A10 in the Command Manual. I only found command A1 (and then yy=00) or command AAYY, but neither command seems to have anything to do with what you refer to in your post. Can you clarify it? Or is it some undocomented command? Or I just have some old version of the Command Manual?

My apologies, it's CMD A710. The default value is 6 sec. Try setting it to 10 sec. A CCIS card reset is usually required afterward.
