I did a search and couldn't find reference to this but will give a heads up if it hasn't been posted in the past. 200AX running 5.0.2.12 and on a 5330 and 5340 sets I have found that if there are speed call keys programmed with names against them and the cos of the set is changed, even to an identical cos, the name is lost but not the number. In the testing I did I programmed a speed call number and name on each of the three pages of a 5340 and when I changed the cos the name was lost only on page 1, pages 2 and 3 were unchanged. A site I have reported that they had all 3 pages programmed with speed calls and names on a 5330 and when the cos was changed pages 1 and 2 names were lost and page 3 remained unchanged, on all pages the number was not lost.

I haven't seen this but my sites are typically hotels so I don't run into it much.

I'll keep an eye out.
