Name insted of extenstion

Hi you all.

I have set up a ring group that has a callforward point that is a empty ACD que, I use this ACD que as a que message and the interflow point is the ring group. when the call i ringing back on the ringgroup i shows the extention number, I would like it to show the name for the extention insted...
