Name Displaying issue

Hi Friends

i installed OS4K and OSB and integrated with IP trunks.

If OSB subscriber calls to OS4K extensions ,some extension names are not displaying at the calling stations in OS4K.

Out of 20 OSB subscriber 17 subscribers names are displaying and only three subscribers names are not displaying but shows the network site name.

Is there any setting in the subscriber phones of OSB or phone version to check.
