Name Display

We are on BCM400/3.7 . When local extensions call each other, it displays the extension number. We would like to display the name.

Here is the setting i found:

Services=> Telephony Services=>System DNs=>Active SetDNs=>Telco Features-->First Diaplay=Name.


Is there anything I need to change?

You need to configure a name on the set.

Go under services, telephony services, system DN's, active set DN's, open the extension, click on General and type in a name, 7 characters or less.
