We have been able to replicate a reported problem and wondering if there is a fix. Basically if one user calls another user in the same office both caller and reciever can see the name AND extention of the person on the other end.
When we set up the users in the system we only put in the users name. (7343ND)
The issue is when someone calls an executive the name and extention again appear correctly but on the executives assistants phone line who has a brigded appearence line for the executive only sees the name of the user calling and no extension.
Ideas please?
