Name display on NI2

Hi there,

Im setting up a PRI on a G450 (mm710B) with a s8800 5.2.

this morning the protocol version was set to A, with this protocol we got a Ï before the name on inboud calls from the outside.

With the Provider, we change it for B (NI2) but now we can't see the name anymore from all external calls???

what's the trick.

What kind of CO does your provider have? 4E, 5E....
Normally NI2 is the only setting that will give you both Name and Number...Check with them and see what office they have and make sure they are sending name.....

try making it the opposite of what it is now.
