name display more character

Hy guys,
I've a problem whit a name to display on set M3903-M3904.
I need to see on the dysplay the name complete while now I don't see the last two character.
I remember thath when i wrote for example: xxxxxx,xxxxx
the name after the comma went wrap but in this machine doesn't work.
I need to show 30 character.

i believe 27 is the max you can use..

OK BUT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO USE THE SECOND LINE OF THE DISPLAY?
