Name display issue...Mx-One V3.2 (sp3)

Hi,
I was wondering if anybody had come across an issue where when dialing from an IP DBC422 to a digital DBC213 extn, (although the NIINP shows full name1 & name2 with pres=20) the DBC213 only show the first initial of the first name and the full last name.
When dialing for an IP 4425 to the same digital handset the full name of the caller is displayed ok, so no limitation with the display on the dbc213. Also when dialing from the dbc213 its full name shows. This seems to be the same dialing any DBC213 from this type of IP handset.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
