Name, Date and time of last person logged on... 1

I know there has to be a log kept somewhere with the data of the last person, date and time of log on (like seeing if your kid broke his restriction on using the PC). Can anyone tell me where this would reside? Thanks!

Go to Start->control Panel -> admin tools->event viewer->security

It should then tell you who logged in when.
