Magix....I am a definity Tech and haven't spent anytime on Key systems so forgive me if this is a stupid question. I need to walk an end-user at a remote site of ours how to change names on some extensions. I have to do this with him programming on the MLX20 set. Would anyone be so kind as to post what steps I need to walk him through over the phone...Greatly appreciated.

Menu > System Programming > Exit > More > Labeling > Extensions.
Enter in extension number, existing label comes up. Enter in new name. On MLX-20 remove paper labels from phone, and it exposes the letters g to z. A - f are on the screeen of the MLX-20. The drop button erases the entire extension listing (7 characters max), and backspace erases the last visible character.
