Quick Question, Does Arcs****2000 care if i rename the server that it's sitting upon, I've deleted the RNAME Environment setting as a precaution..

All I can think of with ARCserve 2000 is the RNNAME variable (in order for the database to keep functioning properly), which you already deleted.

I have run into the bad trap of not removing the RNNAME varible first causing Arcserv 2000 to have alsorts of fits resulting ultimately in Arserve needing to be reinstalled.
