Hello Guys,
We have a user using remote vpn connection, and just had a name change. After changing the name successfully in Outlook 2003, he had problems accessing other netowrk resources and also can not log on to his computer, he can only log on to his computer using the old name, and then connect to vpn using the new name. However after connecting to the network using vpn, he can not access network resources.I had him log on locally as an admin and connect to the office via vpn and renamed his profile, but still unable to log on to his computer with the new name .
We are using Windows XP Prof'l SP2, Outlook 2003. We want to try everything before asking the laptop to be sent to us for set up.
Any idea what else can be tried?
