I would like to transfer the names and addresses in my PC to another PC. I believe the names and addresses are stored in a nsf file? But, can I transfer the file to another PC.

The file is called names.nsf and yes, it can be transfered to another PC.

Thanks for that. Silly question. How can I transfer the data?

If you have access to both copies of the file from one pc (locally on drive or over the network) you can select all contacts etc. and copy/paste them into the other names.nsf file. You will need to make sure that you have rights assigned in the acl of the other .nsf.
