Hope someone can help...
I have several fields from a database I need to write as a name and address in a form letter. The fields are:
Name
Addr1
Addr2
City
State
Zip
My first question is, how can I write a formula to include all of these fields with carriage returns between them, so they don't all run together in one line?
The secons question: Sometimes Addr 1 or Addr2 is blank. If so I want to omit it and not show a blank row in the printed address. How can I do that?
Any help is greatly appreiciated.
Thanks
Craig
