Just wondering is it possible to display a name on a digital display for the user instead of a number? We are looking at having 20 offsite/external extensions with unique number calling in to our cal centre, what we want to do is transform the number in the system so it displays a name instead of the number to the agent so they know what area they are calling from. The external numbers are off network and will be routed to a VDN\Vector\Skill and the agents use digital Callmaster V phones. We are on s8720's with CM 3.1.
