I was going to upgrade a 2.0 to a 5.0 or 6.0, to install a PRI,
I have everyone on board, Telco, ITAS, etc...Then The VM upgrade did not work.
1- Installed the 4.1 software Key (with security diskette)
2- used boot disk and CD ( 3 Times ) and the system did not take the upgrade...still is a 3.0B, so I could not upgrade the MICS or add the PRI.
( the Boot disk and CD were for a 4.0.04E and not 4.1...ITAS said it would be O.K. if I was only going to 5.0...It did not work???...)

So what can I do???
HELP
(No 4.1 Installation Disk or CD came with the upgrade Package)
(Is there a FTP site that I could download a 4.1 CD and use a 4.0 boot disk)

Thanks

My understanding is that a 3.01B NAM must first be upgraded to 4.04A before it can be upgraded to 4.04C or higher. Perhaps ITAS can send you a copy of the 4.04A CD. Also, a R4 NAM requires a minimum of 16MB RAM memory and a hard drive that is a minimum of 540MB. Brian Cox

You may need to double check the speed of your CD Backpack, I've had this problem before and ITAS had to send me the required files for the NAM to read from my backpack. I can't remember the specifics of the speeds, but you may want to ask them about it and they can help you out.

Good Luck
