I have customer with NAM II rel 1, I am on site and can get into NAM with laptop. I can get into access2 for diagnostics and such but when trying to go into NAM Voice mail the system rejects the 1002 mailbox password and just about anything else. I think they have a mailbox that is taking up a lot of memory, how can I get mailbox usage reports? Failing that I have another NAM that I may have to replace this one with, It is a 2g, and was working in another location, is there a way to remove all the mailboxes on this one because the numbering is not the same?
