setting up ext transfer on ccr and get mess that line and pool not config

when setting up the ext transfer it gives you the option to assign a line or a pool to make the call. then you might have to allow it in the class of service i believe.

If you're using pool A, make sure the NAM is programmed to use Pool 1, not pool 9.
