You need to use the Voicemail Manager portion of Norstar Remote Utilities to change the desired class of service to no expiry of password. Brian Cox

"there is a default network address for the network connection on the NAM of 192.168.110.10 that can be accessed by using the norstar voice mail manaager client software (on your NAM CD) Password is the VM Config password of 120000, 1020000, etc. then Options and class of service.
You can connect the NAM directly to your computer's Network port with a crossover cable or a hub connection to your computer. If you are goint to hook to your network make sure that the above address does not conflict with existing addresses on the network. "

The following is from one of my quick reference guides on our website:
NAM Setup for Voicemail Manager
Install a 14.4K internal modem in an available ISA slot. Set the modem to com port 4, IRQ 5.
Setup a dialup networking session for the modem.
User name = namaccess
Password = log2nam
Setup Norstar Voicemail Manager.
IP address = 192.168.110.10
Password = NAM admin login, i.e. 1020000
Connect to the modem first. Then start Norstar Voicemail Manager.
