I keep getting alot of static over my voice messages on a NAM that I recently installed on my 8x24 system. Any ideas why this is happening, I plugged a tele-set into the punch down block on the same pins that I connected the NAM on and am getting no static. HardDrive problem?? Thanks.

Could be a bad voice port on the DVC card, but you did not post your software version for the 8x24.
It should be a minimum of DR5 30MUL11
DR5.1 is preferred.

Assuming not all voice ports are bad, then this is how you test.
Busy out 1 channel by pressing f985
Call voicemail from another phone and test for static.
Busy out another channel if available by locating another phone and press f985 again.
Check for static.
Repeat until you find the faulty port.
