NAM VMS Dial-Thru

We have a NAM VMS Version 4.0. I was wondering if newer versions of NAM VMS sofware provide "dial-through" capability whereby a caller can dial another extension number during a greeting and be transferred to that extension? Callers complain about having to hang up or dial 0 when they know an alternate destination. Thanks.
 
"return to AA" if that is set to yes, it should return to the auto attendant. I'm not sure about 4.0, you may want to try it to see if it works. the return to aa feature is in f983, choose AA, in the 2nd window choose AA again and it gives the prompt:
Return to AA: Y (or) N. change to Y and give it a shot.
