NAM VM 2.12 caller ID reports

I have just installed caller ID cards in my MICS an the caller ID infromation is showing up on the displays fine. I want to print report number 6 which should show the external callers number and where in the tree the caller went. When I print the report all I get is the headings for each column and no data. I have a CCR tree setup and I am hoping that that is not the problem and it only works with the canned AA. Also I don't have access to reports number 9 and 10. Is this due to the vm software version that I have. The manual I have is for 4.0 and I have 2.12.
