NAM Upgrade

I am upgrading customers NAM 3.0 to 4.1 but having a problem Restoring to new hard drive. I ran full backup of VM files and sekur files, and everything backed up ok. When I try to restore these files on the new drive, after following all instructions past the "Insert Disk 1", I always get "Restore Aborted" type message. I tried different disks, even put hard drive on another NAM because I thought I might have a bad floppy drive, but I am always coming up with same error.

It would be nice to know if I am just missing something simple, but I have followed all instructions and tried all troubleshooting and always coming up with same results. I would like to use the backup/restore to save the trouble of setting up all new boxes, greetings, etc..

Incidentally, when I try to use F915 for restoring sekur files, it comes up inactive feature. I have reinitialized system several times and F9*1 to load F codes, but still coming up short. Any Ideas? Thanks!

1st cant do a backup on a 3.0 then restore to the 4.1 ..sekur backup only good on original nam cant do restore to different nam...based on system id/serial number...feature code for access is a range 915-921
