NAM Restore help

Hi there: Customer backed up NAM to 2 floppies a couple of months ago. Phone said backup was a success. Employee wiped out voicemail today, so we tried to restore. It said restore aborted and now it's default.

I took the disks home, and tried resoting to my bench NAM - same thing.

I took a brand new floppy, made a backup of my now empty NAM, it was successful. Tried to restore from the brand new floppy I just made - RESTORE ABORTED....what gives?

Might be the version software as there was some issues
