NAM problem

We have an ACD operations running off of a Norstar NAM with Cinphony software. About once every 50 days we will notice that we are not receiving any ACD calls, but the Norstar telephones will still be operational or able to make and receive calls. We will restart the NAM and the system will process ACD calls for about another 50 days. Has anyone experienced a problem like this?
 
Co-resident Voicemail and ACD are not supported by Nortel anymore due to crossed files, is this the type of setup you have? Not sure if this is even the cause of your issue, but maybe worth looking into.

What Ver of Cinphony are you running I II ?
What Rev of software are you running 3.6.0027 ?
Are you programming your system with RAD ?
Are you running an Infocus on system ?
