Hello, we have a client with a fiber NAM, running on an MICS. System has behaved fine for about 8 years.
Now all of a sudden, since last Thursday, the NAM makes the users change their voicemail password every day.
If this were a hack attack, the mailboxes should be "locked" due to the wrong password being tried repeatedly.
Instead, the user gets the standard "your password has expired" and is asked to change their password, every 24 hours.
We are running on COS 1, which we have not made any changes to in 8 years.
Anyone else ever experience this, and any ideas for a fix ?
Thanks - Dave in Toronto
