NAM Login and EDC

I'm having an issue with logging into EDC - it says the password has expired, and to change it in NAM and then refresh. The password changes in NAM, but EDC says the new password is not valid. I've tried changing the password in NAM using File/Change Password, as well as changing it in Maintenance/Labor/Users, but I can't seem to get EDC to accept the new password. Happening on multiple systems - any thoughts?

close EDC. Change password in Aloha. refresh. log out. log in. then try edc again. if still no luck, rerun the register_iber.bat, but remove the part about servicses. Thaat will fix it
