NAM/IP Address 1

I have a customer with NAM with ACD running on OS2. The NAM is networked so an office pc so the agents can monitored to see who is logged on..My delemia is the IT dept went and changed all the IP address and now the NAMS IP address is not recognized.I need to find where I can change the IP address for the old the a new address on the system

you need to install IPlite software on a laptop, connect the laptop to the NAM and run the software. the IPlite should be on your NAM CD along with the instructions.

What CD are you refering to? I have the application software CD. Is that the one you are refering to?

I think that was where it was found, if not maybe we can find a copy for you somewhere.

I don't even have the laptop I did our change with anymore so I can't go there.

Does anyone have a copy of IPLite availabe?

A special thanks to exmogger in advance . I am currently facing the same issue but clueless with NAM . Did not even know that there is such a special software to do the IP !
