Nam CCR Outbound transfer 1

I have a nortel NAM with CCR set up
i change opt 4 to do an external transfer. but it picks up the line i gave it then say
the line or pool for this is not configured? PLEASE HELP

true i have them unsuper but could that be only cause?

but if this is cause,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, i can transfer out from a mailbox.........same issue?
