NAM CCR Centrex transfer capability

Hi,

I have a customer with centrex lines that I would like to have inbound callers be able to transfer from one line to another via the CCR tree point . They have a 8x24 expanded with a copper connected NAM ver 4. How would I accomplish this?

After searching the archive data base, I've almost been able to make it work: #52 then the number. When I call in, it transfers out ok, but will not release the line. Both lines stay up. Which line should stay up? The line it came in on or the selected pool line? Is there a release code to enter into the string?

This ones driving me crazy!

I'd test with a butt set at the demarc to make sure all their lines are centrex.
